In view of the order which is being proposed to be passed, notice is not being issued to the opposite party No. 2 to 6. 3. The sole prayer made in the present application is to direct the court below to expedite the proceedings in Special Session Trial No. 22/2018 (State of U.P. Vs. Gulab Pal and others) Case Crime No. 115/2017 under Sections 323, 506 IPC and Section 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Holagarh, District Allahabad, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 14, Allahabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that despite the fact that the proceedings are pending but the same has not given a logical end. 5. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 6. Considering the submission raised at bar, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to expedite the proceedings strictly in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments and, in case, any adjournment is granted then the same should be in exceptional circumstances in this regard, subject to legal impediment, if any.
