It is submitted by the learned advocate for the respondent-acquiring body that in pursuance of the earlier order, 50% of the amount along with interest was deposited and that was even disbursed to the applicant. 2. Considering overall circumstances, I find that it is desirable to direct the respondent-Acquiring Body to deposit balance amount in this Court. 3.
