This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 20.11.2024, in Case Crime No. 0423 of 2024, under Sections 64, 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Mahuli, District Sant Kabir Nagar. 3. At the very outset learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet has been forwarded on 08.01.2025 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
