The present application has been preferred for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 33490 of 2024 to its original file which got rejected on 05.09.2024 in view of the order dated 14.08.2024 doe to non-compliance of the order. The aforesaid rejection was also consigned by order dated 06.09.2024 by this Hon’ble Court. 3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 3 to 5 of the petition, this Court is inclined to restore the file subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. 4.
