Nallanagula Avinash, D/o.Suri Babu, Aged about 26 years, R/o.6-3-1177/A/105, B.S. Maktha, Begumpet, Hyderabad-500016, Native of Mulpuru village, Amruthalur mandal, Bapatla District, from the illegal custody of 4th respondent, before the Hon’ble Court and direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to initiate action against 4th respondent and her relatives, for the illegal detention of the detainee and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition contending that his wife has been taken away by his mother-in-law and is being illegally detained by his mother-in-law. 2. This Court, by an Order, dated 01.07.2025, had directed the presence of the detenue before this Court. The 3rd respondent has today produced the detenue before us. 3. We have interacted with the detenue, in Chambers. In the course of our interaction, the detenue has stated that she wishes to go back to the house of her mother and does not wish to stay with the petitioner. RRR,J & JS,J WP No.15950/2025
