The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ratu PS Case No.170 of 2025, for offence registered under section 317(5), 303(2) of BNS, 2023 and section 4 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, section 4/ 54 of Jharkhand Minor Minerals Concession Rules and section 9/13 of Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is owner of Turbo vehicle and allegation is made that 100 cft sand was loaded on the vehicle and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 15. 4. Learned State counsel opposes the prayer and submits that allegation is there of loading 100 cft sand on the said vehicle. 5. Considering that petitioner is owner of said vehicle and has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi, in connection with Ratu PS Case No.170 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
