This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authority in granting 'No Objection Certificate' to the petitioner. 3. Upon consideration of the various facts and circumstances, we are of the view that the District Magistrate, Lalitpur should take a decision on the application of the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, District Magistrate, Lalitpur/respondent No.5 is directed to take a decision on the application of the petitioner dated September 20, 2023 within a period of six weeks from date. Further, respondent Corporation is directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner pursuant to letter dated December 16, 2024 till the order is passed by the District Magistrate with regard to 'No Objection Certificate' to be issued to the petitioner. 5.
