SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to file status report before this Court regarding the action taken by respondent Nos.2 & 3 against the private respondents in FIR No.215 dated 27.09.2023 under Section 174-A IPC registered at P.S Kharar, District SAS Nagar and also in view of the fact that bail granted to accused/private respondent No.4-Jarnail Singh Bajwa has already been cancelled by this Court vide order dated 20.10.2023 (Annexure P.6); with a further directions to official respondents to initiate arrest proceedings against the accused persons/private respondents in the aforesaid FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced a copy of order dated 24.02.2025 passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (CRL) Nos.13793- MEENU 2025.07.08 17:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-7964-2024 (O&M) 2 13797-2024 titled Jarnail Singh Bajwa vs. State of Punjab and Ors and submits that in the wake of this order, present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Learned State counsel does not controvert the above-said fact. As the Hon’ble Apex Court, has already disposed off the main petition bearing CRM-M-7964-2024, no further orders are warranted by this Bench.
