The instant application has been filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 27.09.2019 in WP(C)No.7288/2019, whereby there is an interim direction being passed to the effect that status-quo with regard to the land be maintained in all respect till the returnable date. 3. This Court has duly perused the application for contempt and from a perusal of the application, the allegation so made in the contempt application is completely vague and indefinite. 4. It is the opinion of this Court that on the basis of the vague allegations, the instant contempt proceedings cannot be proceeded with, for which, the instant contempt proceedings stands dropped.
