For the respondents: Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General with Mr. Ramakant Sharma, Additional Advocate General. _________________________________________________________ Vivek Singh Thakur , Judge Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners would be satisfied in case representation dated 23.11.2025 (Annexure P6) is directed to be considered by the competent Authority, i.e. Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh in a time bound manner by reserving the liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action with same prayer, if grievance of the petitioners is not redressed by the decision to be taken by the competent authority in light of judgments dated 29.11.2025 passed in CWP No. 1638 of 2024, titled as Mohit Sharma & Another 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Vs. State of H.P. & others (Annexure P-4) and judgment dated 11.8.2025, passed in CWP No. 12954 of 2025, titled as Deepika Kumari & others Vs. State of H.P. & others (Annexure P-5). 2. Learned Advocate General has communicated no objection for allowing the prayer made here-in-above on behalf of petitioners with submission that competent authority shall decide the representation in accordance with law within period specified by the Court. 3. In view of above, Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh is directed to consider the representation dated 23.11.2025 (Annexure P-6), submitted by the petitioners and decide the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order in the light of judgments referred supra and also after giving opportunity of being hearing to the petitioners, if desired so, on or before 15th February, 2026. 4. To avoid delay, petitioners are also directed to submit a copy of representation afresh alongwith downloaded copy of this order, either themselves or through their counsel to Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh. 3 5. Needless to say in case any grievance of the petitioners still survive to be adjudicated, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file fresh petition, as prayed.
