The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26280 of 2024 is an onus and ought not to have been imposed. 3. Admittedly, the petitioner had challenged the said direction to deposit before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court had dismissed the said petition, which has not been pressed.
