The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.06.2024, passed by this Court in B.A. No.3793 of 2024. 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that while granting bail to the petitioner vide order dated 21.06.2024, condition has been imposed that the applicant will produce self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the trial court. It has further been submitted that the petitioner could not be released from the jail custody since he does not possess Aadhaar Card as well as mobile number. Further, the petitioner undertakes to submit the same within a month of his release. 3. In view of above submission, the order dated 21.06.2024, passed in B.A. No.3793 of 2024, is modified to the extent that the applicant will produce the self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card as well as mobile number within a month from the date of his release in the trial court, and further, one of the bailors will be the mother of the petitioner, who will submit other sureties along with photocopy of her Aadhaar Card at the time of release of the applicant. 4.
