The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: I. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dismantle or remove or shift the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20729 WP No. 11215 of 2025 electric pole installed by respondent No.5 or by the other respondents in the schedule property. II. Direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner to them on 24.03.2025 vide Annexure-D. III. Direct the respondents to grant compensation to the petitioner for the damages being caused by them in the schedule property due to the erection of electric pole and for lying electric lines. 3. Counsel Sri.H.V.Devaraju., on instruction submits that he has received a communication from the MESCOM that the electric pole installed in the land of the petitioner has been removed by the consumer. Counsel submits that he has filed a memo furnishing the true copy of Communication dated 21.05.2025 and the same may be placed on record and an appropriate order may be passed. Counsel for the petitioner submits that an appropriate order may be passed. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20729 WP No. 11215 of 2025 The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties and the memo along with the communication is placed on record. Because of the removal of the electric pole installed in the land of the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner is met with.
