Heard Mr.R.Narendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2. 3. In the considered view of this Court, the grievance expressed by the petitioner cannot be dealt with by the 1 st respondent, since the mistake had taken place during the UDR scheme. It is the 2 nd respondent, who is the competent authority to deal with the grievance expressed by the petitioner. Apart from the change in the revenue records that was made in favour of the respondents 5 and 6, the further grievance of the petitioner is that some of her property has also been classified as cemetery and poramboke land. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the 2 nd respondent along with all the relevant documents. On receipt of the same, the 2 nd respondent shall deal with the representation after affording an opportunity to the respondents 5 and 6, on its own merits and in accordance with law and final orders shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner.
