Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time submits that petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and make necessary application seeking regular bail. He submits that petitioner has no other criminal antecedents and he is ready and willing to cooperate with the police for the purpose of investigation and therefore, the Trial Court may be directed to consider his application seeking regular bail on the same day. 2. The submission of learned counsel is placed on record. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In the event, petitioner surrenders before the jurisdictional Court and makes necessary application seeking regular bail, the same shall be considered by the said Court on merits, as expeditiously as possible.
