This Court, vide order dated 19.01.2024, passed in MCRC No. 62 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Ishwar Jangde, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Raipur, District- Raipur , (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 02.01.2025 has requested for grant of four months time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in the case, statement of 08 prosecution witnesses have been recorded and 02 prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded. Hence the conclusion of the trial may take some more time. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
