The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kathikund P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025, for the alleged offence registered under Sections 316 (4), 318(3) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dumka. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be the wife of Diwakar Kumar Saha who was posted as Postmaster in Dumka and the allegations are made that the postmaster had embezzled the money of the innocent people. He further submits that so far as the petitioner is concerned, she has got no role in the said allegation. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that she happens to be the wife of the main accused 2025:JHHC:25722 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4874 of 2025 postmaster, namely, Diwakar Kumar Saha. 5. Considering the fact that petitioner is the wife of Diwakar Kumar Saha and the allegations of embezzlement of money is there against her husband and apart from that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner as disclosed in paragraph 15 of the application, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of her surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dumka in connection with Kathikund P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Rashmi/
