No.13309 of 2023, the Circle Officer, Daudnagar (Aurangabad) has already initiated encroachment proceedings vide Encroachment Case No.03 of 2023-24 and notices under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Act, 1956’), have already been issued to the encroachers, hence the said encroachment proceedings would definitely be concluded by the Circle Officer, Daudnagar (Aurangabad), by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Act, 1956, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
