Order on Board 11/06/2025 1. The present Criminal Misc. Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed in Criminal Revision No. 350/2022 as due to typographical mistake the number of Criminal Appeal No. 60/2018 could not be mentioned in para 2 and 12 of the impugned order. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had filed the Criminal Revision No. 350/2022 against the order dated 23.04.2018 passed by learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Balodabazar, District Balodabazar in Criminal Appeal No. 60/2018. The said criminal revision was allowed vide order dated 13.11.2024 along with another Criminal Revision 2 No. 02/2022 which was filed by the co-accused persons. However, in para 2 and 12 of the impugned order the Criminal Appeal No. 60/2018 could not be mentioned due to typographical mistake which was the order under challenge in the Criminal Revision No. 350/2022. He would also submits that the order dated 17.11.2021 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 63/2018 passed by the learned First Additional Sessions Judge was under challenge in the Criminal Revision No. 02/2022 which was filed by co-accused persons Ramgopal and Poorandas, whereas the present petitioner has filed the Criminal Revision No. 350/2022 against the order dated 17.11.2021 passed by learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Balodabazar in Criminal Appeal No. 60/2018, therefore, the impugned order may be modified and the Criminal Appeal No. 60/2018 may also be mentioned along with Criminal Appeal No. 63/2018 in para 2 and 12 of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State would not oppose the said submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration, the application for modification of the order dated 13.11.2024 is allowed. It is directed that in para 2 and 12 of the impugned order dated 13.11.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision No. 02/2022 and 350/2022, after the "Criminal Appeal No. 63/2018" and the "Criminal Appeal No. 60/2018" be added and be read as a the part of the order dated 13.11.2024. 5. Accordingly, the present criminal misc. petition is allowed. 6. The order passed in the present criminal misc. petition shall be made as a part of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed in Criminal Revision No. 350/2022.
