Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Counsel for the State has placed on record communication dated 12.09.2025 alongwith relevant order dated 22.12.2022 in compliance to the directions issued on 04.11.2022 by the Coordinate Bench in CWP No. 7705 of 2022 titled Jagdev Singh and others vs. State of H.P and others, which is sought to be executed. 2. Perusal of the said communication would go on to show that examination of the petitioner’s case, in view of Jagdish 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Kumar’s Case, has been done and he has been regularized from 01.04.2022 from the date his junior was regularized. 3. The said communication would further go on to show that arrears of Rs.37182/- have also been paid on 01.11.2023 and the balance arrear for Rs.3,30,186/- has been prepared and submitted to the treasury on 12.09.2025. 4. Keeping in view the above, the present petition stands disposed of. It is also made clear that the necessary payments be disbursed to the petitioner at the earliest. 5.
