The Court made the following ORDER: (per NJS,J) Heard Mr.G.Raju, learned Government Pleader for Services-I. 2) The Writ Petition is filed by the State aggrieved by the Order dated 21.11.2014 passed in O.A.No.9386 of 2011 by the erstwhile A.P. Administrative Tribunal (for short “the Tribunal”). The Tribunal disposed of the said O.A. along with O.A.No.9613 of 2011 with a direction to the authorities to re-fix the seniority of the applicants in the cadre of Deputy Surveyors duly protecting their seniority from the date of their initial appointment as Computer Draughtsman Grade-II in terms of Rule 33(d) of A.P. State and Subordinate Rules by extending the benefits conferred to Mr.Ch.Ramkumar vide Roc No.A2/757/2004, dated 13.04.2005 with all consequential benefits like seniority promotion etc., but without actual monetary benefit. 3) As seen from the docket proceedings no interim order was granted. Be that as it may. Mr.G. Raju, learned Government Pleader for Services-I placed a copy of the letter dated 06.09.2025 addressed by the Regional Joint Director, Survey and Land Records, Multi Zone-II, Kurnool, wherein it is inter alia stated that the respondent-applicant took voluntary retirement on 31.10.2021 and his pensionary benefits were duly released. In view of the subsequent developments nothing survives for determination in the writ petition. 4) Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
