The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 22/2025 arising out of Rania P.S. Case No. 25/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 590/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 07.09.2024, there was some altercation between petitioner and his brother, which resulted in free fight. It is alleged that petitioner picked-up a stone lying nearby and assaulted his brother due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that even assuming the entire occurrence to be true, case under Section 103(1) B.N.S. 2023 will not be made out rather case under Section 105 B.N.S. 2023 will be made out. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with S.T.
