In view of the said submission, it is not necessary to issue notice to the third and fourth respondents in this Writ Petition. Instead, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and dispose of the pending appeal on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners and the pattadar.
