07/28.02.2025 Heard the Parties.
Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 65/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120-B of the Indian Penal Code & Sections 66B, 66C, 66D and 84(C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum Spl. Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar.
On 21.06.2024 at about 7:30 P.M., Deoghar Police apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons from Belmo Joriya Pas on suspicion that they were involved in cybercrime, mobile phone and other articles were recovered from his possession.
During the course of investigation, police has recorded the statement of one victim who has stated that the mobile phone which was recovered from his possession was used in cheating him.
Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court earlier. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since last 9 months.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only)
with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum Spl. Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 65/2024.
