This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is seeking a direction upon the respondent No.2 to stop the construction of the toilets over the Gata No. 1152, 1153, 1154, 1155 and 1156 situated on N.H. 19 which is in front of proposed land of petitioner for construction of Petrol Pump of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. 3. Upon hearing the counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, we are of the view that this writ petition is premature in nature, and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
