Case No.149 of 2023, for offences under Sections 302 and 34 IPC. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Bermo at Tenughat. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite party – State. 3. Opportunity was granted to the State to oppose the anticipatory bail, which the State availed and opposed. 4. There is an allegation that this petitioner along with other persons assaulted the deceased with bricks when a boundary wall was being constructed. The father of the informant who is the deceased, became unconscious and later on died on the spot. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. 6.
