The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telco P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 103 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 351(4) & 109 of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Adnan Aquib, learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. On 03.09.2024, at about 09:45 P.M., co-accused persons intercepted the informant and started threatening him on the pistol point. In the meantime, when the petitioner tried to intervene, he sustained firearm injury on his palm which was self-inflicted. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2024. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Adnan Aquib, learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Telco P.S.
