Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhurwa P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 498A, 304B, 34 of the I.P.C., chargesheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Priya Kumari, who died an unnatural death in her matrimonial home. It was submitted that deceased had died an unnatural death. She was admitted in hospital for septicaemia and on operation, nipple of bottle was removed from her stomach. It was further submitted that after investigation, the police submitted chargesheet under Section 306 of the I.P.C. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Dhurwa P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024.
