This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief : 10.1. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release the pending dues i.e. arrears of 5th Pay Commission, transfer travelling allowance, benefit off one advance increment on account of family planning (Tubectomy) with interest within stipulated time. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from the respondent - Department in the month of June, Year – 2018. After retirement the retrial dues of the petitioner has been withheld by the respondents - department without any reasons. Therefore, seeking the above stated relief, the writ petition was filed. Return has been filed by the respondents and it has been stated that barring some arrears of Fifth Pay Commission, the other admissible retrial dues have been paid to the petitioner. He further submits for the present, looking to the return filed by the respondents, this petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner that if any cause of action subsist, he may approach this Court again. 3. Not opposed by the other parties. 4. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of reserving liberty in case any grievance subsist and any portion of retrial dues remained unpaid, petitioner may approach this Court again.
