The said writ petition was disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the TTD Board within three days and thereafter three days to Board to pass appropriate orders. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it was contended that the petitioner filed appeal on 02.07.2025 before the TTD Board and the Board meeting is tentatively scheduled on 22.07.2025 and a decision would be taken in relation to the appeal filed by the petitioner. Till such time, the petitioner would not be insisted to vacate the subject premises. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered.
