Prayer in this Writ Petition filed by way of Public Interest Litigation reads as under:- “… to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not taking action to remove the illegal encroachments on Road and Road Margin in R.S.No.310/2B of Pippara Village, Ganapavaram Mandal, West Godavari District, to an extent of Ac.0.30 cents, contrary to the guidelines issued by the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in W.P(PIL).No.140 of 2022 as illegal, arbitrary, 2 HCJ & CGR, J W.P(PIL).No.144 of 2025 violative of the provisions of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein to take action on the illegal encroachments on Road and Road Margin in R.S. No.310/2B of Pippara Village, Ganapavaram Mandal, West Godavari District, to an extent of Ac.0.30 cents, and ensure strict compliance with the directions of Hon’ble High Court in W.P(P. I. L) 140 of 2022 and ….” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner fairly states that as of now, all encroachments have been removed. Therefore, proceedings in this writ petition may be closed. 3.
