The present petition under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed for quashing the order dated 05.04.2025 passed by the Sessions Judge, Korba (CG) in Criminal Revision No. 49/2024 whereby the revision preferred by the petitioner has been dismissed affirming the order dated 07.10.2024 passed by the JMFC, Korba in Criminal Case No.246/2024. As per the allegation of the complainant, there was a dispute between the petitioner and the respondent (complainant) regarding rent. The petitioner gave a cheque of Rs.6,45,850/- to the respondent, which dishonoured due to insufficient fund/stop payment. The respondent filed a complaint against the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act before the JMFC, Korba. The petitioner, on being noticed, marked her presence and filed objection on 31.07.2024 which was dismissed by the JMFC vide order dated 07.10.2024. Against the said dismissal order dated 07.10.2024, the petitioner moved a revision registered as Criminal Revision No.49/2024 before the Sessions Judge, Korba. 3. After discussing in detail the grounds on which the objection of the petitioner was rejected by the JMFC, the Revisional Court dismissed the criminal revision vide impugned order dated 05.04.2025 holding that it has not been clearly made out on the part of the petitioner to accept the revision that there is any kind of inaccuracy or impropriety or illegality in the order dated 07.10.2024 passed by the JMFC. There does not appear to be any illegality or irregularity in the order in question of the Revisional Court. Hence, no interference is required in it. 4.
