It is stated that an earlier Writ Petition in W.P.(MD) No.25399 of 2025 was filed and that the SLR was provided to the trust in terms of the order issued in such Writ Petition. On the ground that the settlement patta, chitta and other documents are required, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. From the averments in the affidavit in support of the Writ Petition, it appears that there is a dispute between the present trustees and the former trustees. The second respondent shall, therefore, call for necessary documents and verify as to whether Mr. R.Ashok Babbu is duly authorised to represent the trust before taking a decision on the petitioner's request. 4. Subject to the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's request and pass orders thereon within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
