The defacto complainant is daughter of A1 and A2. 1^ due to cruel and high handed acts of the complainant, his wife filed Section 498-A case against the complainant and criminal cases are pending between them. The complainant is falsely implicated in the present case. 4. 5. Per contra, Ms. P. Akila Naidu, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, opposed in granting of bail stating that the petitioners along with other accused persons attacked on the complainant and stabbed him with knife and caused bleeding injuries.
