The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner's apprehension that the respondent Police are interfering with the civil dispute, no longer exists. 4. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Tahsildar has given a request for police protection for conducting a survey.
