Mr ____________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, who at present is working as a Senior Resident in the Department of Dentistry at Dr. YSPGMC, Nahan, District Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh, is that though vide notification dated 10.04.2025 (Annexure P-8) stipend for Senior Residents/ Tutors Specialists and DNB Super Specialist & Senior Resident- Super Specialist Doctors has been revised, but till date, benefit of aforesaid notification is not being extended to the petitioner, who at present in terms of previous notification is only getting Rs.60,000/- as Senior Resident, whereas as per notification dated 10.04.2025 he is entitled to receive revised stipend to the tune of Rs.1, 00, 000/-. Though, before coming to this Court, petitioner 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 approached Principal of Dr. YSPGMC, Nahan, vide representation dated 29.04.2025 (Annexure P-9), but since needful has not been done till date, he has approached this Court in the instant proceedings. 2. While putting in appearance on behalf of respondents, Mr. B.C.Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, fairly states that representation, if not already decided, shall be decided expeditiously, taking note of notification dated 10.04.2025, if in existence and applicable to the petitioner. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 29.04.2025 (Annexure P-9) of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks, taking note of the fact that similarly situate persons have been already granted benefit of notification dated 10.04.2025. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, if he still remains aggrieved.
