Heard Sri Deepak Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. Sri B. K. Tripathi, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.4 Gaon Sabha. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent - State authorities to demarcate and construct the Chak Road recorded over plot nos.24 area 0.080 hectare and 67 area 0.123 hectare, situated in Village Siuridih, Tehsil Kasimabad, District Ghazipur. 3. In pursuance of the direction of this Court dated 21.01.2026, personal affidavit of Sub Divisional Officer, Kasimabad, Ghazipur has been filed in the present petition. In para 5 and 6 of the said affidavit, it is stated that the revenue team with the help of police force reached on the spot on 29.01.2026 and removed all the encroachment from the Chak Road existing in plot nos.24 and 67. After demarcation of Chak Road, its possession was handed over to the Gram Panchayat Officials for its strengthening and soil work. The photographs annexed with the personal affidavit shows that improvement of the road has been done alongwith soil work. 4. In view of the aforesaid compliance submitted by the Sub Divisional Officer, Kasimabad, Ghazipur, the encroachments over plot nos.24 and 67 Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Deepak Kumar Pandey, Shashank Kumar, Shiv Murti Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : Ajay Kumar Singh, Sushil Kumar Mishra, Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, C.S.C. Mohan Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) have been removed and Chak Road has been made available for its use by the villagers. As such, no further enquiry or direction is required to be issued by this Court, at this stage. 5.
