A reading of Annexure-K would indicate that the petitioner has been called upon to vacate and deliver vacant possession of the property in his possession. It is however not forthcoming from this order as to whether any enquiry preceded to issuance of this notice. In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate to direct the petitioner to treat Annexure-K as a show-cause notice to which the petitioner shall file his objections within four weeks from today. 3. On such objections being filed, the Tahsildar shall consider the objections and hear the petitioner and pass order in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
