ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being repeatedly called to the police station, although the petitioner has not committed any offence. It is submitted that the car owned by the petitioner was involved in an accident on 23.06.2025, while being driven by one Veeranki Praharsh, which resulted in injuries. It is further submitted that the 4th respondent is repeatedly summoning the petitioner and pressuring him to pay money to the injured persons. It is also submitted that the vehicle owned by the petitioner has a valid and subsisting general insurance policy.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that Crime No.125 of 2025 has been registered under Section 125(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and the petitioner was called only for the purpose of investigation.

4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is closed, with a direction to the 4th respondent not to disturb the petitioner’s peace or personal liberty without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
