...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction to declaring the action of the respondents not issuing Essential Commodities to the petitioner herein, for distribution to the card holders attached to in shop No.0129003 of Santabommali-lll Village, in Santabommali Mandal, Srikakulam District, in spite of subsisting the petitioner's F.P shop authorization and without there being any suspension or cancellation, is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of Natural Justice and contrary to the provisions of A.P State Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2018, and consequently direct the respondent Nos 4th and 5th herein, to supply the Essential Commodities to the petitioner and allow him to distribute the same to the petitioner's F.P shop and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to supply Essential Commodities to the petitioner herein, and allow the petitioner to distribute the same to the respective card holders under Public Distribution System, attached to Shop No.0129003 of Santabommali-lll Village, in Santabommali Mandal, Srikakulam District, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following order:
The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner’s Fair Price Shop No.0129003 of Santabommli-III Village, Santabommali Mandal, Srikakulam District. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies that a show-cause notice dated 06.06.2025 was issued to the petitioner asking to submit an explanation. Subsequently, the authorization of the petitioner was suspended by the 4th respondent, by order dated 30.06.2025. The said order is placed before this Court. 3. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is needless to mention that the petitioner is at liberty to question the suspension order dated 30.06.2025. There shall be no order as to costs.
