This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering and deciding the representation of the petitioner dated September 2, 2024. 3. Counsel on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has submitted the aforesaid representation for shifting the proposed electricity line. He prays that the aforesaid representation may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 4. Upon hearing the counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, we are of the view that the respondent authority should be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated September 2, 2024. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.4, being the Collector/District Magistrate, Bulandsahar is directed to pass a reasoned order in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner dated September 2, 2024 within a period of twelve weeks from date, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
