2. The appellant/claimant Ms. Anowara Khatun is present.
3. Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The Insurer has agreed to deposit an additional amount of Rs.2,20,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs and Twenty Thousand) in favour of the claimant. The Insurer may deposit the amount before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Barepta within a period of six weeks from today and after proper verification, the Tribunal may allow the claimant to withdraw the amount.
4. In terms of the above observation, this appeal stands disposed of.
