Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who submits that the petitioner, who is already on interim bail, has appeared before the Investigating Officer and the Investigating Officer has also issued notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the case diary. 3. Since, the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him by this Court on 08.09.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact. 4.
