1. The petitioner has filed the present petition with the following prayer:

“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the impugned FIR dated 25.05.2022 registered at Police Station-Rajendra Nagar, District- Raipur (CG) bearing Crime No.148 of 2022 for the Commission of offence which is punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal code, 1860 in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is arrested on 8th January, 2025, and she prays for withdrawal of this petition.
