As seen from the record, the present petition is filed seeking a direction to the police to arrest the accused in Crime No.187 of 2020 of Sarpavaram Police Station. 4. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. In that view, it is prerogative of the investigation agency to take necessary steps to conclude the investigation and file a report before appropriate Court. Therefore, there are no merits in the petition. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
