Naga Bhushanam, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments and Sri Chintapalli Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.3. 2 2. The grievance of the petitioners is against the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioners representation, dated 27.06.2023 for grant of lease of the subject land in their favour. Though the representation is pending before the respondent No.2, since two years, no orders are passed on the said representation. 3. The respondent No.2 has filed counter-affidavit stating that it is not feasible to give the subject land on lease in favour of the petitioners having regard to the fact that the subject land is required by the Choultry for construction of Kalyana Mandapam that was proposed by the Endowments Department. 4. Having regard to the submissions made, since two years the representation has been pending for consideration before the respondent No.2. This Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation. The respondent No.2 is accordingly directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of this order, after giving due opportunity to the petitioners. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
