Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tundi P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Rishi Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. On 10.05.2025 at about 2.15 pm, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted his wife, causing simple injury. 4. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rishi Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad, or his successor, in connection with Tundi P.S.
