Case No.187/2023, registered for the offence under Sections 147/148/341/323/324/307/342/427/504/506/379/149 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties. He submits that the there are general and omnibus allegations against all the petitioners. He submits that entire family members have been made accused. He further submits that in identical situation, other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. Nos.2580 of 2024, 1537 of 2025 and 4648 of 2025. He also submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents, as disclosed in paragraph 11 of this application. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of assault is there. 4. Considering that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents and ( 2025:JHHC:25359 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 4770 of 2025 15 persons have been made accused and it has been pointed out that all the family members have been made accused in the present case and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No.187/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) SI/
