Mr. Manish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3/TPDDL submits that the payment of Rs.5,91,456/- has been received towards the contribution of the DDA. 2. Mr. Srivastava also points out that at some places in the colony, there is debris still lying which needs to be cleared by the DDA. 4. He submits that necessary direction may be issued to the DDA that whenever a request is made by respondent no.3/TPDDL, the same shall be considered by the DDA and action thereupon will be taken expeditiously. 5. Ms. Kritika Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of DDA submits that as on date entire debris has been cleared from the path indicated by the TPDDL. Nonetheless, she assures that whenever a request would be made by respondent no.3, the same shall be responded to expeditiously by DDA. The statement is taken on record. 6.
