This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent not investigating and further not filed charge sheet, in the crime registered as FIR No.391 of 2023 dt. 01-12-2023 of Pedapadu PS, Eluru district as inspite of lapse of 2 years not filing charge sheet against unofficial respondent as inspite of repeated requests made by the petitioner and not filing charge sheet since 2 years, illegal, arbitrary, against the Provisions of BNS Act and also against all settle principles of law. and also against all settle principles of law and consequently direct the Respondents police to investigation and further to file charge sheet in FIR No 391 of 2023 dt 01-12-2023 of Pedapadu PS, Eluru district and to pass…”
2. Heard Ms. K. Tulasi Durgamba, learned counsel for the petitioner and Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police have not concluded the investigation in FIR No.391 of 2023 dated 01.12.2023 of Pedapadu P.S., Eluru District, even after a lapse of two (2) years. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondent- police to conclude the investigation.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according

to law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, if not already filed. No order as to costs.
